AI Creator Collaboration Agreement v2.1
Entered into by the Platform (Party A) & Creator (Party B), legally defining non-exclusive digital avatar rights, strict biometric privacy, and flexible termination terms.
Authorization Scope & Sovereignty
The creator authorizes the platform to use their digital avatar for AI content generation strictly for the term of the agreement. You retain 100% intellectual property of your likeness.

Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the platform immediately halts deployment and permanently ceases using the digital avatar.
